  • Must pass a national criminal background and identity check

  • Have their social security card verified

  • Have their I-9 information verified

  • Are certified through schools registered through the DOE/DOH which are verified

  • Are processed and screened for employability through the home care registry

  • Have related experience in home care and are licensed

  • Have 2 personal references

  • Are thoroughly interviewed and screened

  • Undergo orientation and training

  • Are caring, punctual, reliable, mature, and experienced
